Bowling Since 2014
About Chris
Chris Riordan's bowling journey is a strong example of what can happen when natural ability, genuine passion, and the right coaching environment come together.
Chris began bowling in August 2014, and over the years has developed into a high-level competitor. His competitive résumé began taking shape during his high school years, where he established himself as one of the stronger young bowlers in the area.
That success carried into adult tournament competition, where his game has continued to translate beyond weekly league play.
Throughout his development, Vinny D'Ambrosio III became one of the most important influences on Chris's bowling career providing the coaching, resources, environment, and accountability he needed to keep advancing, and pushing him to discover how far he was willing to take his passion for the game.
For Chris, those lessons ultimately extended well beyond the lanes, shaping not only the competitor he became, but the way he approached improvement, discipline, and personal growth.
As a VD3 Competitive Athlete, Chris represents a bowler who came through Vinny's development system, turned that mentorship into tangible competitive success, and continues pursuing the game at a high level.

Chris on Vinny
“Vinny gave me everything I needed to advance and improve throughout my bowling journey. He has a gift for taking a student's passion for the game and elevating it by giving them the resources and space to take their craft as far as they are willing to go. He pushes his students because he genuinely wants to see them succeed. Without Vinny and everything he has done for me, I would never be where I am today in bowling or in life.”
